@wainblatrobert Moldovan is Romanian, only it's called different. Moldovan also has a lot of other words and as you said, dialect/accent. So you can call it another language.

@KayleeLoves It's not another language at all, it's just a subdialect. Meaning it is basically the same language with just some added or different words :)
