I made it, and I have better things to do than spend hours trying to make fake videos on the net. the only editing I did was speed up a section of the video so it wasn't as long. It is a toy you can buy it in stores and online. Spend five minutes and look it up.

@amazombeh Although I don't necessarily have one of these, I believe i've seen something like it...and yes, I do believe that it does have a large reliability on magnetism. This is simply how I "think" it happens, but it should be some thing like this. There is a magnet both on the bottom of the spinning top, and on the platform. Since once side should attract, the other side repel, the top will alternate between these two things. When this happens, it keeps the top in motion, and it levitates.

Hey guys,I know how Mr.GarvinFred did his trick. Being the Y2K,this is instinct for me. HeSimply used a strong magnet base, it could have been either North Pole or South Pole, but whichever he used,the axle that was spining atop of it was the Same.causing a repulsion force against each other.He is probabley using a hidden powersource,that's why you saw when the flying axle landed, the base was off,so it couldn't repel.The axle floats because of the centripetal force pulling it outward. :)
