They hack the game putting the song and the track on a DVD before it loads or something. To do it, you need a mod chip.

On ultimate-guiar they said Paul and Ringo are in talks for creating either a Beatles Guitar Hero or Rock Band. They said a desicion should be made within weeks. If they aggree then Apple Corps. and EMI must aggree so they can obtain the master recordings.

While that would be cool, I think Micheal Jackson still has the rights to them. He bought them a while ago. I don't think he'd let them go for cheap, or at least, cheap enough for MTV and Harmonix to afford them.
