Honestly, just cause you have a problem with how people play, if they're good or bad. Doesn't mean you have to write it, you might hurt their feelings. Besides it's just a game. You can't win every time. In my opinion it's better to have fun than to win.
I'm sorry, but am I the only one who just enjoyed watching somebody play the game? So he isn't a giant nerd who spends day and night practicing...he just enjoys playing. I say kudos. Ike and Pit both rule!! And congrats on having a life :)
how do you get owned by pit?! and one on one!?! with IKE!!!?!?!??!?! you so need practice...and its called blocking, counterattacks, and TIMED smashes -.-
um i can pwn ANYONE with pit, and ikes got to be one of the easiest. heres why
1) i can block/change the direction of all of his slow attacks with down b
2)fast vs slow
3)fast attacks v slow attacks
4)wings of icarus
but then if you get good with ANY character youll be able to beat any other character too, depending on their skill lvl with that character. it just depends on who you like best and generally how good you are at the game
ok enough with the "s" word, ike isnt even that slow. as a matter of fact he's near the speed of link which is medium-low speed. besides any skilled ike player knows pit's weakness...which i will just have to show you. i play pit and he is good but he has 2 all too obvious weak spots that i know how to exploit with ike, zss, and fox. no its not counter/reflecting.
im comparing the speed of pit and his attacks to ikes, so in this case they are s*** every char has weak spots so you need to learn to overcome them pits example is his short swords overcome by using beam sword or using bow to make them flinch giving you time to hit w/ his swords ikes smashes need to be timed perfectly unless you wanna open yourself up and if your fighting someone faster than you use your over b a lot to get around i know im preaching to the choir i just want to have reason
yeah in this case. i'd rather not brag but i've only seen 1 person on youtube who might be able to beat me in an ike vs. ike match. the really good players dont make videos for some odd reason...anyways ikes dash move is overused and is one of his weaknesses. anyone who uses it will eventually stop charging it and the distance is also very easy to read. i dont use dash. ikes speed can be a disadvantage and an advantage. it allows you to take things slow and observe your opponents moves.
i noticed taht to about no good ppl making vids and i dont necesarly mean use dash for dmg more for just getting around the battlefield but its prety easy to juke most players and deal dmg anyway depending on how often its used but i think its better not to use it as much as running and hiting a having a sword as big as you and throwing it with your body at them is pretty effective :P but you could also use ikes dash (at the right times of course) like pits bow to make them flinch and smash them

Can you change the language in Brawl like you can in Melee?
I love Ike and Pit but the Japanese voices sound sound better. Did they use the Path of Radiance!Ike or Radiant Dawn!Ike?
