hi Sovnarkom! - this isn't exactly a prompt answer to your question of 2 years ago, but better late than never! :) Anyhow, i recognise the music & lyrics - it's a piece called 'Takamba' by the Malian musician (group?) 'Habib Koite'. There's a music video of the song on YouTube - search for 'Mail - Habib Koite - Takamba'. I was shown it about 4 yrs ago by a dear friend, Rachel Robinson, who's in it - she's one of the dancers seated on the desert sand - the one wearing a white top and blue skirt!
