Republicans don't care about taxes anymore. It's a ploy they use to convince the people that they still care about smaller government. It's their only thing they are willing to do to shrink government because they know they can print more money. Reminds me of an aging Rome.
The more I watch these guys, accept Peter Schiff, the more I see how stupidities these guys are. These guys are drunk! Cavuto listen to Peter, the rest of them make fun of Peter. I absolutely can't stand it!
"Strange times are these in which we live when the old and the young are taught falsehoods in the schools of learning. And the one man that dares to tell the truth is called at once a lunatic and a fool."-Plato
This show (and others like it in the world of TV news) seem fixated on a narrow-minded view of politics. Are people really so single-issue obsessed? Do people concerned about taxes only really care about the issue around April 15th? I truly believe that Americans are seeing the bigger picture and aren't so naive/oblivious as Fox would prefer.
It's not really true that Peter Schiff is a genius, it's just that the mainstream of economic thought is in error.
If you start with Austrian economics, you can't get around the fact that debt bubbles crash, even on a national scale. That is, even entire nations that barrow today to spend today will end out working just to repay and not have money to spend.
I think I found today's trigger for the gold price rise.
The release of the minutes of the Dec. 11 Federal Open Market Committee meeting was made public today. If that does not scare you, then nothing will. The Fed is not AT ALL worried about inflation. They believe there own core inflation numbers. Are they fools? Or do they take us to be fools?
I wonder if there is anyone stupid enough out there to give thier money to this Charles Payne guy. What a dense guy he is.

Whenever Peter talks about a severe recession, Fox news will interrupt him and cut him at all cost!!!

You should not be so fixated on thinking only Fox is biased. Cnn, and others are just as narrow minded, sheep, or just plain stupid.

It's coming the US dollar will crash and the interest rates will be 14- 16 % in 2011. Vote Ron Paul and turn it around now, before it's too late.

Peter Schiff is a genius.
Gold just hit an all time high a few minutes ago. Not only is the recession already hear the depression is coming with 15+% inflation.
What is up? Any idea on the trigger today?
Will this help Ron Paul?
We are in for a rough ride if he is not elected.

As far as a trigger goes, that is anyones guess. I don't see our economy surviving the Baby Boomer retirement death knell.
