I think she came to say goodbye one last time. :)
That looks like ectoplasm to me although I'm no expert. No doubt though that he attended his party and loves his friends very much. Great video, thanks for sharing. I'm sorry but this is pathetic, the 12 min long intro to the pictures is very poor indeed. The pictures add to the incredible dissappointment of the whole video. The funky colours in the photograph are nowhere near the spotlight which shines the word "figure".
