Yes, it's the point defense laser (PDL) that almost all aircraft from this faction have. Careful observation will reveal that this Raptor actually has two PDLs, one red, and another lighter colored one. Both fire reasonably fast, and together with the countermeasure flares upgrade, they give the Raptor effective immunity to enemy missiles.
