Hi :)

I have the '08 125cc version, and the Catalytic converter is in the bend in the exhaust just after it bolts up to the engines' exhaust port :)

You should be able to take the exhaust off and using a wire with a sharp bend (like a hook), you should be able to pull a lot of it out :)

If you still want it louder, or more free-flowing, there is 3 rivets holding the can together at the back you can drill out, then remove the internals :)

It's supposedly bolt-on, but some parts have to be replaced and re-wired, so it needs to be done at a shop.

AWESOME! I am gonna prob do this to mine, maybe a 125, how hard was it to do? I heard its really easy from some dirt bike people when they change the motor on their xr50s but thats not a madass.
