Shoei quality is second to none, easy to adjust the faceshield with one hand, lots of venting. I also bought the tinted shield and it's perfect for that extra bit of sun protection without being too dark to use it at night.
The padding was a bit stiff at first, but I sat around watching tv pushing a softball into it for about an hour and it softened it up.
The rest of my helmets are going be collecting alot of dust from now on.
