You know these guys had a blast doing this! A band, singer, or celebrity knows they've made it big when they do Sesame St. I remember seeing a thing about when they did the shoot for this, and the guys in REM were saying how even when your'e there, and see how everything's done to make this, you get into it and there's a point where you forget that these monsters & puppets aren't real.I could easily see how that would happen cause everyone's grown up w/SStreet

Also, don't you hate it when. Sesame Street hire these great artists and they don't let them sing one of their songs, like not even let them change the words to fit the tone like R.E.M. did here? If they do it, it's copyright infringement. No it's not. These singers who grew up with Sesame Street not being able to sing a song that will get the kids interested.

How many series of the Muppets has there been? It was on telly (England) when I was a kid but disappeared with no repeats ever. Then it came back mid nineties for two new series and once again disappeared. REM were never shown on it here. Tony Bennett was though.
