i took krill oil... supplements.. so i was getting the fatty acids .... face it i think it has to do with my blood type it cud be stress but still the meat consumption arrested it from continueing.. i also found a "hair shake" ahahah no lie its expensive O_o but it made my hair thicker no luck on color tho. its like a powder u mix with water i mix it with milk in a blender(cuz if not it clumps up) and drink it.
@True2TheBlueYoViGang well mate I have no answers for you, consumption of meat is not the reason, protien is available in a lot of plant based sources. It could be you were just deficiant in a readily availble protien souce and you find it convienient to eat dead animal. You mention stress which is a known cause of your symptoms, this is why diet alone is not the only place to look for answers.
@watzzupsport yeah but... protein from meat and protein from veggies are different theyre amino acids but diff kinds of protein.. screw it im sticking to a diet of lean meats like i always have. its to freaky. they literally sprouted like mad all over my head from eating veggies... only a few weeks after begining.. like 2 wks eating meat seems to have arrested the greying process for me. no lie. some reverted back to color but most stayed white. its a phenomenon thats hard for me to belive to
LMFAo when i saw the pic before clicking the video i was thinking damn that woman in the video is one fine cougar then it played and i was like oh shit its a male. 0.o
Lucky guy to be that hairy at that age. All my uncles, except 1 are like freaking bald. Do you dye your hair at that age? if not wow... i went some what vegan something like the paleo diet but i had plenty of dairy and i lost weight felt great my mind felt better BUT my hair began turning white wot u eat? help me! T_T
@True2TheBlueYoViGang hey there, no I do not dye my hair there is a bit of snow happening, but it blends in with the blonde :-)
I do not know of any reason why your hair would turn white as a result of a diet change. Melanin is the factor in hair colour ,stem cells at the base of the hair follicle produce this, when it is depleted colour change occurs. Stress has been know to affect melanin production.
Foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids, and tart cherries are known food sources for Melanin
@watzzupsport wait so thats what u eat fatty acids? tart cherries... dunt really like cherries much. the only thing really that helped it and arrested the hair from turning white was meat... no new whitties after meat consumption... its so bizare.. i knw our hair and skin requieres protein... but wtf. This is weird. I saw a forum to where a bunch of ppl in their 20-40s claimed to have reversed their hair color with hair vitamins or with meat consumption 1 poster stated "just go to a BBQ" lol O_o
@NaturesCycles Ha Ha it was just a spur of the moment video, I hear so much crap about the misunderstanding of a fruit based, low fat, active lifestyle I had to offer a living testimonial model as a counter comment to what I perceive to be the outright lies of the hucksters and charlatans that that breed, or shall I say fester on the open wound of the SAD diet regimes and pill and potion providers carnage
