Robin's DLC bundle includes not only the playable character, but two alternate suits, Batman: The Animated Series suit (Dick Grayson's appearance), and the Red Robin (Tim Drake's third appearance) suit. It also contains two additional bonus maps, Black Mask (Predator) and Freight Train (Combat), usable for all characters.-- from batman wikia page -- Robin (Batman: Arkham City)

@crazy9898 the game is supposed to be a mature spin of the 92 animated series... so it would kinda make sense that the skin would be based off the Dick Grayson robin. a lot of people were complaining about that, because it doesn't make sense since nightwing (dick grayson) is already in the game as a DLC... I was super confused when i saw this DLC, lol but several sites confirmed it. :)
