@DracoAquarian1 Hmmm... Interesting take on it. I think you'll know the answer if you watch other videos. I like to use a light touch, but I tmake this work very seriously.
@eftwizard Hey Brad, I like very much the light touch on serious issues as well as a dash of humor now and again to get through the rough spots. For me you balance all of the above perfectly. Thank you for sharing your time and expertise online. I have greatly benefited and very much appreciate you.
Brad, I listen to your Tap O the Morning every day on the way to work and it really helps me to have a GREAT day! My daughter uses it from time to time and one day she did the Tap O the Morning and found $20 at school! LOL She was SUPER excited. Thank you for putting your heart and soul into your tappings. :-)
Interesting way to put yourself on the optimistic note in the morning, but it actually does feel good. From now on, I'll try to do this every morning, thanks for sharing this :3
Tapping to this video every day has revolutionized the way I feel at work. I am an ER nurse, and even when the department is absolutely crazy, I keep a positive attitude. Not only that, but my positivity is wearing off onto my co-workers, which makes the day even better! I have had depression and anxiety for a long time, but EFT is changing my life. Thank you so much for sharing this video.
Brad..THANK YOU for the videos. I was skeptical at first yet feel soo good afterwards and get a good night sleep with evening tap video. Should the tapping be done on the right and the left or is it ok to do one side.
@stevenbabybaby To clear what is there, it helps to address it - but the difference is that you are addressing it while tapping, so it is a clearing, not a negative reaffirming of it. If you went to a doctor with a broken finger, you would ned to have the doctor look at the finger - you wouldn't tell him to focus on something that feels fine already. ;)

Thankyou Brad for sharing this video with us. I have used EFT with you in the past but have not used it for over a year now, I remeber now how good it made me feel. Thankyou! Lorna
Thank you so much!!! I did this in the evening but I was having a really bad day and I felt so much better afterwards having let go of all the negativity I was holding onto! Thank you again!!! :)
I enjoy this so much every morning. Remember that it takes 21 actions for the brain to believe or learn something, so keep it up. I had a professional that tried to get me to do this. I just let it slip by, and ignored it. How I wish I had started it then and probably could have missed some suffering and pain afterwards. I thank you for this video. Looking forward to lots of really great days!
If you could do one of these for overcoming extreme fear of driving over bridges and overpasses I would greatly appreciate it. The things my therapist suggests don't seem to be working.

thanks so much. I understand that tapping is the idea, but have you or anyone else tried pressing and holding the points or massaging or any other methods? just curious if tapping more effective and the reason why. thanks again.
I love that you really go for it and make your videos "real". It definitely helps to set the mood for the upcoming work (i.e. this morning scene, money on the abundance video, hearts on the love video - excellent!).
Thank you very much Brad for all your videos , they are just great. The form in which you introduce them is excellent, especially for a person like me. Despite that I`m Polish it`s still easy for me to repeat every single phrase after you. I really appreciate your respectful attitude towards the person who is on the other side of the screen
Hi Brad, I notice that you use the eye movements in your videos - Is there a specific pattern that you can share with us through your videos. Let me know if this is possible. Again, thank you for your generosity in sharing this method with us.
Actually, if you see my eyes moving in some videos, it is because I'm checking the timer or, in the Prayer series, reading the prayer. ;) Not that eye-movement isn't beneficial, but I rarely use it in my practice.
Just wanted to share a string of connections that have led to my using EFT. 1st, I started w/ YOGA, then moved on 2 MEDITATION, afterwards discovered HOLOSYNC, shortly there after came upon "THE SECRET" & while trying to learn more about the law of attraction "stumbled" on a link 4 EFT. I believe my consciousness has been risen all because I've sought the answers "within". Stay encouraged & keep pursuing the Truth inside you. ;-)
We travelled from Cork to Brad's London workshop in May 2009. We had the pleasure of meeting and chatting to him, and it was a great event. EFT and these videos help me in business every day.
It is always more difficult to do EFT, alone on one's self. This wonderful video helps those who are unfamiliar with EFT as well as those of us who have been using it for a long time. The borrowed benefits are phenominal. Thank You for helping to fill the gap in my life, unravel the disorder and bring my mind back online.
I just absolutely love EFT Tapping and am finding that the more I fill my life with things to to further my life such as EFT, The Secret, Quantum Physics, higher frequencies the more my life fills with love and abundance. Thank you Brad
Just the next thing I got this morning after tapping with Brad was that I got an answer on/for a question I had for a long time and from a person, who was very unlikely to help me at all any longer, thx.
I also wanted to say, that EFT initially turned me off because of the negative wording. But Brad has made this accessible to me by using the positive phrasing. Thanks Brad for taking this to a new level.
I love doing this every morning as part of my daily "Seeing Myself Through the Eyes of Source" appreciation meditation. What a wonderful way to start ones day.
holyshit dude this really works i did the tap thing like it showed sure somthings i could have got pissed at but i did not i will tell and show my people this and see if it works greatly for them as it did to me
I often bring my pain down to a "seeming" zero. However, my deal is emotions. I find just because I feel fine at a 1 or a zero...its not gone but suppressed or hiding. I wonder is muscle testing better than the sud because of that? What % does this work without a practitioner of eft?
Muscle testing can be a great tool if you can do it - it can often be more telling than trying to get a SUDs level. This can work without a practitioner - just as you can get in shape without a personal trainer. Depends on the person.
How can I not start the day with this clip? Thanks for keeping it real and tapping before you 'cleaned up' for the day. This is making a difference in my life after just a week - and my 6 year old is joining me now too..
I continue to love and watch this video again and again! It is such a lovely way to start my day! I always refer my EFT clients to this video. So please hear our veritable chorus of THANK-YOUs!!!!!
Thank you for this video! Tapping is allowing me to go back in time and bring up and deal with blocks in a proactive manner. Things that I would have avoided reflecting upon are now open for review!!! What a wonderful tool :)
Also, although I have had read and heard various tapping scripts, it is sooo helpful just to be able to "follow along" and to form the habit of tapping. From that you can tweak adjust and ultimately create your own scripts.
I start my day often with this vdeo.... and then I have a GREAT day. Thanks so much Brad. Just the twinkle in your eye makes me feel Happy. I send this to everyone and they always love it.
OK I have done this 2 mornings in a row now and each time I am surprised that I have tears come to my eyes. I want to thank you for posting this video! It really helps!
brad u rock man ;) - and could you pls tell me the name of the song ure playing at the beginning of the video? i want to use it to also wake me up in the morning :P thank you
That's from the William Tell Overture by Gioachino Rossini (which is more famous for the section used as the theme to The Lone Ranger). This part is just a little more than halfway through the overture.
Thank you for the wonderful video!!! I just discovered tapping yesterday, after an entire life suffering from acute complex ptsd. I did some tapping videos and noticed an immediate improvement. None of my other therapies have offered me much of any improvement so far...tapping seems to be the answer!
Thank you for posting about EFT which is something that I have just come across in my search for self-acceptance, happiness, and true abundance. God bless you, and everyone searching for a better way.
Brad, thank you so much for sharing this amazing technique. I am grateful that it is freely available anytime, anywhere! I have felt the benefits peace and blessings to you!
I've used EFT for eight years now for anxiety and depression and I appreciate your videos Brad as i can take them mobile with me and always have your instruction carry me through the process even if i am incapicitated at the moment with panic. Thanks!
This video works everytime for me. It is like a dark cloud has lifted and thus allowing the sunshine to come into my heart. What a lovely feeling that is too. I mostly tap all of the points but tend to tap more on top of the head...collar bone and under my arms...as these point are the ones that release more energy for me. Thank you Brad for another excellent video. Kind regards Julie.
Your videos help me so much and you make me feel better about things and also make me laugh! Thankyou so much :) best EFT videos i've come across so far :)
Flyba it works even when you do this on yourself. It is like a prayer. I am not sure why the tapping works but there is something there. I quit smoking after 15 years and I did pray about that a lot. I woke one morning and the desire was gone. I have used it on rescue animals to overcome rejection and fears. They quit barking at every shadow, jumping on me for attention, antagonizing the other animals. They sleep like little rocks (feel safe). It works.
Is it true that EFT works better when someone else administers it?? I didn;t hear any mention of this in any of the literature I read. So I am sceptical of this.
I wasn't aware that EFT was something that someone else administered. I thought that, even if you do it with a practitioner, you're still doing the tapping and reciting yourself.
Since part of our mind is convinced that our issues benefit us, it can be beneficial to work with someone who is not attached to those limiting beliefs. However, tapping alone can also yield great benefits - don't wait for someone else to start.
Brad, your generosity and sharing brings up huge feels of gratitude in me...I am passing your You-Tube vidoes to everyone I know who is open..I can't say thank-you enough. I am starting each day with Tap'o the Morning and loving it!
I like the point you make when you say that you can't feel badly enough to be able to change the past- very insightful! Thanks for spreading the positivity!
I have been practicing EFT for over a year, largely for making the same mistakes over and over. It sometimes seems to help a little, but I continue to make the same mistakes and I am having a harder and harder time forgiving myself because I don't know how to stop making them. I hate mornings because I wake up anxious from bad dreams. This hard to identify fear has controlled me for years. HOW DO I CHANGE?!
IH I have been using tapping recently after finding this video. I have had a rough time of late. I lost my mother in recent months. I also reaslised an old friend had infact very little respect for me and said some horrible things to me while he was drunk. I have had these self limiting thoughts since and am not in a a happy place right now. I have tried tappig with varying success. On occasions I have tapped and it resulted in a great day but other times it made no difference . Any suiggestion
I'm sorry ot hear about your mother - and teh continued bad feelings. You might also check my YouTube video called Not Ready to Heal - that may be useful at present. Actually, there is no harm in going through all of them - you never know what might get cleared. Bottom line: no one else can make you feel badly - you have the power inside to feel what you wish to feel.
Thank you Brad. I felt that tappin the 'not ready to heal' stuiff my keep me in this negative mode. I have ben trying to tap myway out of it. I will try all your videos though. Thank you.
muchisimas gracias por la traduccion en español, ahora pudo compartirlo con mas amigos en mexico, e donde te queremos, Brad y te agradecemos profundamente tu trabajo y generosidad
the anger is something to tap thru. "Even tho I feel really angry right now I fully and completely....." or if you can't say you love and accept yourself then saying "I'm ok" works also. good luck to you.
Hey Brad, tapping along with you in the morning has become as normal and vital as having my cup of tea. What a great gift you're offering the world. Thank you!
I tap along w/ "Tap O' the Morning With Brad Yates" pretty much every day & gain real benefit every single time. In my considered opinion & direct experience (everyone encounting me has noted positive progress), this & all of your videos are brilliant, top-drawer productions; "Godsend", really. I very much look forward to working w/ you in other venues that you offer. You & your work are a gift to the world.
Are you referring to tapping the finger points? That is part of the "9 Gamut" process, which can be used, but a lot of practitioners (including EFT founder Gary Craig) rarely do now.
Amazing! This works! I always feel so much better after doing this! Thanks!!

Tapping is extremely effective with both physical issues (back pain, headaches, etc) and emotional issues.

fear, anxiety and an inability to take positive action
into place.

I often bring my pain down to a "seeming" zero. However, my deal is emotions. I find just because I feel fine at a 1 or a zero...its not gone but suppressed or hiding. I wonder is muscle testing better than the sud because of that? What % does this work without a practitioner of eft?
MrCuriouslad 2 years ago
Muscle testing can be a great tool if you can do it - it can often be more telling than trying to get a SUDs level. This can work without a practitioner - just as you can get in shape without a personal trainer. Depends on the person.

Love the Monty Python reference. !!! That got me.
How can I not start the day with this clip? Thanks for keeping it real and tapping before you 'cleaned up' for the day. This is making a difference in my life after just a week - and my 6 year old is joining me now too..
thanks

Thank you for this video! Tapping is allowing me to go back in time and bring up and deal with blocks in a proactive manner. Things that I would have avoided reflecting upon are now open for review!!! What a wonderful tool :)
Also, although I have had read and heard various tapping scripts, it is sooo helpful just to be able to "follow along" and to form the habit of tapping. From that you can tweak adjust and ultimately create your own scripts.
Make it a great day! Tamara

donjohnjohn20 2 years ago
That's from the William Tell Overture by Gioachino Rossini (which is more famous for the section used as the theme to The Lone Ranger). This part is just a little more than halfway through the overture.

@edytka1616
this is what the 21st century offers, and so many pay attention (if not money) to.
Look at the number of viewers on this video: really impressive to me.
Over the time, I learned to respect things I disagree with. I may be a quite outdated individual, for this age.
Therefor I will not express my very frank opinion on this. Just respect.

Thank you for the wonderful video!!! I just discovered tapping yesterday, after an entire life suffering from acute complex ptsd. I did some tapping videos and noticed an immediate improvement. None of my other therapies have offered me much of any improvement so far...tapping seems to be the answer!

It works.
610shmudla 2 years ago 4
Is it true that EFT works better when someone else administers it?? I didn;t hear any mention of this in any of the literature I read. So I am sceptical of this.
Flyba1 2 years ago 3
I wasn't aware that EFT was something that someone else administered. I thought that, even if you do it with a practitioner, you're still doing the tapping and reciting yourself.
DrShrinker 2 years ago 2
Since part of our mind is convinced that our issues benefit us, it can be beneficial to work with someone who is not attached to those limiting beliefs. However, tapping alone can also yield great benefits - don't wait for someone else to start.

Read this book:
Your Erroneous zones by Wayne Dyer
It helps me a lot
every time I feel bad I listen to Wayne dyer and I immediately get better
he has a very strong positive energy
you can find lots of his speeches here in YouTube
God bless you
Have a nice day

Do you tap on the fear? Tap on the mistakes? I too have been doing EFT and it has changed my life. You may need an EFT practioner to help you.

Flyba1 2 years ago
I'm sorry ot hear about your mother - and teh continued bad feelings. You might also check my YouTube video called Not Ready to Heal - that may be useful at present. Actually, there is no harm in going through all of them - you never know what might get cleared. Bottom line: no one else can make you feel badly - you have the power inside to feel what you wish to feel.
eftwizard 2 years ago
Thank you Brad. I felt that tappin the 'not ready to heal' stuiff my keep me in this negative mode. I have ben trying to tap myway out of it. I will try all your videos though. Thank you.

Try saying the words loudly with EXTRA ENTHUSIASM...
for example... I'm going to havea FANTASTICCCC !!! day
and smile and use facial expression... that helps me shift
lilreddgirlie 2 years ago
To be honest it just brings out a whole other problem, my anger. Which I haven't been able to conquer yet, but i'll learn.
triprunnerz 2 years ago
the anger is something to tap thru. "Even tho I feel really angry right now I fully and completely....." or if you can't say you love and accept yourself then saying "I'm ok" works also. good luck to you.

Dear Brad,

In my considered opinion & direct experience (everyone encounting me has noted positive progress), this & all of your videos are brilliant, top-drawer productions; "Godsend", really. I very much look forward to working w/ you in other venues that you offer. You & your work are a gift to the world.

krishsingh2004 2 years ago
Are you referring to tapping the finger points? That is part of the "9 Gamut" process, which can be used, but a lot of practitioners (including EFT founder Gary Craig) rarely do now.
