Was it me, or did he sound fairly serious at :33? I have to hear that all day long. When the understanding of the service isn't there, expectations of that service are extremely misguided. If he understand the interconnections and paths to reach the stadium, with the entire network consisting of various parts and plants, what each parts weakness or lifespan was. Would he not understand why a professional field could go down and it still be reasonable? One can dream of such a world.
