it wont work. because if u tap the blue paper it wont get into your inventory

its not supposed to go in your inventory. you just look at it. because when i was doing it, it didnt let me leave the room unless i tapped on the blue paper and decoded it.

Oh BTW ClubpenguinEPF27, You have to decode a message on the blueprints,then you get the notepad with the message that the agent wrote.

Umm i had ever penguin that you said sign the postcard with the pen on it and gave it to flare but it said it should say something when I had got the 3 penguins to sign it with aunt artic and the coffee dude and the snow ft dudes

when you gave the postcard did u give it in an envelope? or just the postcard? make sure u made BOTH of the snow fort guys sign it.
