Great work but heed my advice: Don't date your work with any iconic pop tunes, even if it's good music. Generally speaking, you should never skew the impression of your otherwise awesome hard work with something that puts the viewer into a headspace that you can't possibly predict. You might have really awesome memories associated with the song while the viewer may have bad ones, or maybe they just hate the song. Stick to the timelss stuff, orchestral scores, soundtracks, instrumentals, etc.

Good artist, good concepts but try to follow some mechanics instead of imagination, A Formula 1 car with dualies up front instead of slicks would actually kill a lot of friction, also a side mounted door would be really inefficient for weight distribution, safety, and control.. or maybe you just wanted to draw

The Cosmic Motors is a great book for its price.

The book has many good designs. The sexy magrela is really well put together in terms of everything. When it comes to Syd Mead, Simon's works are in comparison dull emotionally/mood-wise. Dunno what can be done to it as it is exremely hard to get digital art "alive" or emotionally engaged. I'd love to see Daniel creating futuristic images that tell a story.

I'm an industrial designer and i think these guys that did these renderings are extremely talented..

But ! I can't help but wonder why people with so much talent always come up with concept cars that are just ugly..I'm taking about proportions and sleekness.

It might just be me but none of these cars have the lamborghiniesc type of appealrather than ugly tear drop forms. Sorry if anybody's offended but to me proportion is a huge part of styling in design.

I just got book. The work is inspiring. (I couldn't even finish it before I had to start sketching)It might just be personal preference, I think design and stlye should fit the function. I mean wouldn't put the Queen of England in a sleek sports car, unless it was the CM Galaxion 500.

Books like these. I think anyone can learn a great deal about rendering landscape, vehicle, figure, tones, perspective etc from artist like these. I love such books.

.I know a sense or realism in futuristic concept art is crucial. Detail wise these vehicles are stunning I'm just saying proportions in vehicle design matters and I bet that can be pulled off with a little creativity and taste unless the designer's background is heavy on engineering side and lacking in sculpting/styling.
