you can always keep playing the game mode and wait 'till it comes up on the bonus stage.

I just like the level of the new songs in DDR X. The supernova 2 songs shoulda had a new step chart. TOO hard! I play difficult on supernova 2 and expert in x. DDR hottest party 2 rocks with the songs but not the stepchart. Doesn't really match the music like how it is like in x.

You know they modified the Horatio Challenge chart in the arcade version, right? They took out most of the horrible shock arrow placements and actually made it much more reasonable to play. Check out the aij forums for the video.

I dunno. It feels like it's worthy of the old difficulty argument about Cartoon Heroes.

Cartoon Heroes was way different though. It was less than 1 min 30 sec of play and it no where near had as many 16th streams as this. This chart is just ridiculous. Cartoon Heroes was fairly difficult, yet fun, while this is just insane with 16ths put to nearly every snare hit and really isn't much fun to play on pad. It's sad how drastically this game is changing for the worst, but I guess it can't be good forever.

Hmm, I guess I see what you're saying. Looking at it again, this chart does seem unnecessarily difficult, but not to the point where it's unplayable.

And I agree that some of the recent charts are bringing DDR down a bad road, but I don't think this is one of them.
