I just made a candy cane tutotial yesterday (on my channel), but I did it in a totally different way than this. It suprises me how many different ways people come up with to make a candy cane! This way looks easier, but I like mine because it copies the stripe pattern of the candy canes that I see in grocery stores.
Beautiful. What temp and for how long do you bake your charms? I tried using the information on the sculpey premonition package, but my clay charms always turn out brown and bubbled.
and what do you call the hangers tht u stick into the clay? the ones where u can hang them onto your charm bracelets? the hooks.... what do u call them?????
when i look at your videos,i'm so tempted on doing it myself.. but when i got to the craft store, only few colours left to buy.. NO STOCK..!! i just have to wait till next month then i'll try do it myself..
You can do so much with just few colors :) buy white clay, and then whatever other color you can find. With two colors alone you can do a lot! :) like different colored candy canes ;)
sometimes the eyepin is too short, it happens to me too. After baking you should put just a tiny drop of crazy glue or super glue to hole it in place (:
that is really cute! =) you are definitely an inspiration! thanks for this. now I know where to put the eyepin in! had a hard time with that since the top of the candy cane is so thin =)
aww so cute you nspire me to make my own clay charms and when i make them my friends want to buy them lol do you sell them on the internet or just make them?
I thought it was a glass when I saw it (0:01) but after 5 seconds I realize it was made out of Polymer Clay :D
Great love it I will subscribe to you

GentlemanBunny 1 year ago
at places like 1:28. you get rid of the clay.. what do you do with it? do you throw it away?
Crazyamuishi 1 year ago
@Crazyamuishi Throw it away or then save it.. it's "pink" clay when mixed so I usually save it for..making roses and things.

how do you keep you white clay so clean??!! i always get dust in it...dives me insane!! @_@
FlyingPandaGirl 2 years ago
It's difficult =) It's not 100% clean, but looks good enough.
GentlemanBunny 2 years ago
wash your hand with dishwashing soap to get all the little dust out of your hands
wipe your surface with disinfecting wipes, then dry it with a CLEAN paper towel
and keep your clay in it's own container OR keep it in an airtight container. (:
