I have this phone, and no offense to anyone who likes it but it just SUCKS.....Its so annoying to use, it has a cra resistive touch screen, the interface is horrendous, and the battery life is beyond crap.

Also the phone will crash very often, and is very very very slow....On a daily basis this phone is crap!

Also after about a month of use i encountered a problem with the battery, it tells me that i have a hundred percent battery no matter how much battery i have, which causes it to shut off

I believe you can download it from your phone or you can go to the site and download it to your computer and then connect the phone to the computer and transfer it that way as well.

i just ordered this phone, && i was wondering if anyone knew of any other keypad thats even easier to type on. like the one that the iphone has that goes on the side of screen when yu flip it.

You could try PCM Keyboard that's the one I use and when you rotate the screen it allows rotates with it.

you should copy the tone or song that you like , and paste it in the windows file .. dhen you go to settings , sound place , when you scroll , you should be able to see the tone you copied and pasted ;DDD

I downloaded to the computer and connected the phone to it and just copied and pasted to the phone and installed that way I believe.

I just ordered one the other day and it should be coming in today. I was wondering if you've tried to "flash" the phone? I saw videos with custom interface and it looks really cool. But I'm super clueless about where to start and scared I'm gonna mess up my phone.

Alright so I have found one problem with the phone and that's the battery life, I use it more or less 24-7 including using the wifi, media player, and for all of my appointments and I've found sometimes when I listen to music for lets say 5-6 hours it really drains the battery which for me is very important so thats really bugging me.

Yep, you just have to click rotate its not like the iphone where it does it automatically but I don't see it as a problem.

Yes, you can go to start then click, setting and then go to sounds & notifications and then simply unclick screen taps and hardware buttons, that should do it.
