Awwhh, around @10:20, when Sam starts ranting to Castiel, you can see how much he cares about Dean. The part that really gets me about that particular scene was when Sam says that Castiel and Uriel are the reason Dean's in the hospital and his voice wavers a bit. These two are phenonominal! I love them and their brotherly connection :)
