Though it's not clear, it sounds like the first line from her song Past In Present, which would normally be "the scarlet letter isn't black," although she may have improvised a bit here. If you listen closely, just before she sings that line, you can hear an audience member request that song, so I guess she humors him with the first line or a variation thereof. Compare with the start of this clip: watch?v=c97C7hRjiHY
