I recently purchased a canteen CUP and it seem to have some type of grey coating/paint on it (really not sure what it is) i just want to know if its normal and wont poison me.

@cheeselyman If it has US stamp where the handles are then you are safe. It it doesn't it may be a Chinese cup, if so, not safe.

Great stuff Rob. I like the old woodland camo...although I dont think it camoflauges as good as just plain khaki, or OD green. just reminds me of my time in service...thanks for the reviews, and all the great work you do.

I prefer O.D and woodland over the acu pattern acu stands out like a sore thumb. I also like the multicam. Thanks Rob, for sharing I like the Maxpedition M-4 cover and have been wondering about it. Now I can make a more informed decision.
