At tournaments that aren't the World Championships, the shirt color doesn't matter. You can choose which one you want to wear.

At the World Championships, there are three main divisions of Team USA: the first is Team USA Red, which is 5 people selected to be on the red team for the International Challenge. The second is Team USA Blue, which is 5 people selected to be on the blue team for the International Challenge. The third is just everyone else, which is told what to wear.

Pro Series has no effect on William's speed. William is just fast and consistent. Most stackers actually prefers normal Speed Stacks over Pro Series. William is probably the only fast stackers that uses Pro Series as their main set.
