you can put both shrouded hood and ancient shrouded cowl which means you get; sneaking is 25% better and + 35% more bow damage :)

@SmithyBoii98 Really ?, they must have them both set to different parts of the body. Probably looks pretty odd. My current character has a sneak of 100 and all the perks and in standard light armour such as glass, can practically sneak by anything without enchantments being needed.

Where do you get or need to craft the glass bow

@deammiileyn The Glass Bow starts to appear in the game around level 20, as for what is needed to make it, I do not recall, I may have said something about that in my Way of the Warrior videos that cover smithing.
