Craig is quite funny really and he is probably just having fun with the guys, I think It is the editing that makes Craig a bully in the show. They have a team of people picking up footages and gluing them together to make the show more dramatic and entertaining. Weatherman acts more like a weatherwoman and Craig was just picking up on that.
