Oh man, this was a total underground classic. Most people haven't even heard of it but it's one of my favorites from back in the day. I do agree that the controls made it tough but it was just that much more satisfying when you actually lived through it. This game was so tight, jump kicking the motorcycle dudes in the f-ing face was awesome and the bosses were so cool. Most of the levels had some pretty rad shredding music, but the first was by far the best.

Totally hardcore 80s shredding going on here. Complete with tremolo flutter! I remember the game name and box art, I don't remember playing it much though.
Only thing that sucked about this game was the controls. I love everything about this game except the control scheme. I found it hard to do any other move, I only punch my enemies anyway because the button combo for the more powerfull moves either took to long or you just forget the combo. I try throwing in some combo moves but when I do the sequence is so slow that the opponent knocks me down. Its still a good game. :D

This game deserves the award for best music. The game is really hard but the music pumps enough energy to make you keep playing it.

This song is so ridiculously good it makes me want to love this game; but yeah, something about it is just...off. :P
I hear the other versions are good, though, and there's a PC remake out there, too (Target 2006?) I need to check those out.
