i use the Alucard Shield spell

its much more easy to get the shield rod and alucard's shield and use the combo move, it kills them super fast and you can get them the first play through.

I've found a funner way to do it. Equip the duplicator, the ring of Varda, and a Monster Vial (the bat one) in each hand. Enter the room, dispatch like 20 bats, transform into a bat and fly through the room.

@Sonic3nKnuckles the sword brother's spell is just one of those spells that you can't find in the game...I least I haven't. I believe it's something like down, downright, right, upright, hold up for a second or two, down and attack. The sword has to be level 50 min though.

None of u've really reached lv 99 FOR REAL cuz none of u say how to really do this EASIER, this is fine til lv 67 or so, then u gotta go to inverted chapel (dup+power of syre), when u go to sleep, go to inverted marble gallery where medusa heads spawn, equip dark shield stand on lower ledger, tape the button on your controller and go to sleep, after 6 or 7 hours ull 've leveled up once or twice, u may save before leveling up till u get +1 for all attributes if u want a perfect 99 Alucard.

@fvidalh It took me 4 months to actually have the patience to do this, trust me if you you are trying to get 99 on all attributes it can take you anywhere from first try to 45 mins to an hour to get a + 1 for STR, CON, INT, LCK.

If you start out by even your Attributes within your first few levels, your attributes will be at 99 by level 85 or so.

very time consuming and nerve wracking, I do not recommend it unless you are a true hardcore symphony of the night Lover.

After level 60, this method don't works good. The very best method is in the reverse royal chapel, with the two Power of Sire and duplicator, defeating the spectral sword and shields. 10 enemies for each time, quickly. If you're really quick, each 20 minutes will gain a level.

You don't have to necessarily use this method. If you got the shield rod and the Medusa shield, then you're good to go.

ohh man come on this method is useless (not offence) the best way is using 2 power of sire and duplicator or using a power of sire and a pentagram against the sword in the room in the reverse chapel. but you've done a good job with a looot of patience.

The fastest way to get this done is to start at the clock then enter the room with the guardians. Then hit your power of sire and wait for half a second while the guardian dies then go back into the clock and return fast. You can kill 50-60 guardians per minute this way.

Im at LV70.. Im using power of sire,str potion, dragon helm dracula tunic, twilight cloak, ring of varda , and duplicator...IM GETTING 25EXP FOR EACH KILL ON 1 GUARDIAN IN THE ROOM NEXT TO THE CLOCK ROOM(INVERTED CASTLE)!!! I BEEN PLAYING FOR 30 HOURS.. HOPE THAT HELPS!!!

Eventually all the enemy's give you very little exp (so I don't even bother trying). I'm at level 73 and the guardian only gives me 6 exp. Right now the best options I'm aware of are the dark octopuses (there's 13 =13exp) and the spectral sword in the reverse chapel (is 11). Bat pentagram has highest attack. I wish there was some sort of trick (other than codes) to get more exp.

this game is already so easy I really see no point in this kind of stuff unless you really want to hit level 99. Those guardians are one of the only monsters that actually give me trouble with normal gear.

@notagothic yeah, that's totally true, and as others have pointed out, once you reach a certain level, you get so little exp even from these guys that you have to be a sotn slave to get to 99. It's almost impossible for a sane person to do it.

@kinetiksilence Not being an ass, but it'd be quicker to just enter kill exit reenter kill. When you begin getting less than 13 exp then go to the dark octopus rm in the reverse castle left of where you fought Doppelganger 40 there's a lil hole n' a ledge just below it (in the rm below) you can drop down to this ledge let off your power of sires then give a lil hop rinse and repeat.

Why go through the room? It's way faster to just stand on the edge, hit the button once, then go out and come back in once the first one dies.

Of course, if you want the God's Garb, that's probably a bad idea...

I level up the same way but I run through the room with the Alucard Shield and the Shield Rod which becomes way easier. I just run right through the enemies with my shield out.

This particular technique works well until you're in the upper 60's, level-wise. After that, no matter what you kill, you'll only get 1 EXP, so killing the Guardians makes no sense. At that point, the Reverse Chapel becomes the best place to go. You'll find a lot of vids here on YouTube that cover that technique, including my own. Cheers!

so far its the fastest way i found out that i use, but what i did to get to 99 literally this week was to leave my game on, i went to the place where the zombies come out from the ground and i stood on the stairs with my BAT familiar out and i left the game on, it took me a while but you level without doing anything...do that when you go out or something, just leave the game on

@kinetiksilence Well it's definitely enough to beat the game, but not enough to be god like... lvl 92 over 13,000hp 1,500mp *11,000 hearts muramasa=999, every item in the game most of which is 255 including life apple (something rather unique). Yep if you had no life you could do it to ;D

After you get to L60 or so, this method takes a back seat to killing the Spectral Sword in the Inverted Chapel. At that point, these Guardians will only give you 1 EXP, where the Spectral Sword will never give you any fewer than 14 (or is it 12?  I can't remember exactly).
