Many years ago I had the awesome pleasure of taking personal care of
Howard N65PC, and one day, handling her controls inflight. I'd trade 8000
hours of 767 time to fly it just once more. What an incredible machine.

A far cry from the sound of a B-17 since the Flying Fortress has the Wright-Cyclone R-1820's. The Howard has R-2800/CB-17's with two-stage superchargers and water injection. 35,000 pound airplane that has no equal..
