1) should codemasters (owners of sensible software IP) sue?
2) should they have to credit the original?
3) should they have to return some or all of the revenue?

I can't get it to sync onto my Ipod Touch. Never had this problem with any other app. There is plenty of room and I find it on my desktop under apps...but it won't transfer over.
