  • I think the american people should take their thunmbs out of their As@#$, wake up and elect a government that is actually FOR the people and leaders of neighbourhoods no leaders of city's, states, and countrys!

  • Ella, out of respect for you, i will not post about conspiracy on your vid. But i have to tell you that in these last days i have heard Obama, president of France, England, Germany and others talk about "global financial reform" . I've even heard some of them talk about this crisis as an opportunity to do things they would otherwise not be able to do. That is no accident! lol... I did it again!

    see below...

  • You see, Ella, you though calling me a kooks was the insult but you missed the really good part. The ''it's no accident...'' phrase is something I've been saying a lot lately. Under a different name in different forums actually. It's a little mind game their playing. And guess when it all started? What is the one group you cant criticize? Remember what happened to Joe? That's right! That's when it all started. ;)

  • Still waiting for that cogent argument...

Uh, the American Revolution was in 1776, the FR came in 1789 and lasted through the early 18th century. This nation was hardly "founded on the precedent of the French Revolution," but thanks for playing.

  • Simply hogwash, labor unions did not create the middle class. For heaven's sake, the US has the largest middle class in the world and barely 12% of workers are unionized (and a huge percentage of those are government workers). Unions create far more havoc than than good - trying as they do to win through politics, intimidation, and corruption, what they cannot win in the market place. How else does a high school educated auto worker make 70k a year? Certainly not through market forces.

  • Come on Ella, even you are above the straw man approach.:) No one said anything about slavery. Nothing I have said would condone selling human beings against their will.

I would still like to hear a cogent argument against the right to think, create, trade, invest, and keep the fruits of one's labor. The ideas you espouse would create a far greater tyrrany than anything we have in this country today.

And I would say there is at least an even chance I know as much about the FR as you do.:)

  • Here in the west, because of unions, workers quality of life has advance greatly. And that will all go away because of this betrayal. I bet you think that's OK right?

It's a global conspiracy and you're probably a NWO shill selling it on the web. ;)

  • Yes, I would be happy if every union in America dried up and blew away. You are right about that.

  • So you willing to work for half or even less to compete with China?

  • My friend, it isn't even a question of what I am "willing" to do. We must confront our opponents (I do not say enemies) as they are, not as we wish them to be. I wish we could simply pull up the drawbridge, pass protectionist legislation, and maintain our standard of living for all time but that will not work for long. If a worker from another country is as smart as you, will work harder, for less money, that is a real problem. All the unions and lashing out at central banks will not change it.

  • Yes I've noticed how you said opponents and not enemy, don't worry i got it. ;)

But who are the opponents you were talking about? Do you mean China? You seem to think we should confront them, can you clarify what you meant exactly here?

  • Cant you see this is destroying us? Are you willing to work for pennies to compete with China? How are you gonna make payments on your house and your car? You're comparing us with China a communist totalitarian regime that has killed millions of it's own citizens. Chinese work more for less because they are force to.

  • So now Free Trade is "treason." Milton Friedman before he died defined free trade as follows:

"You can buy from whomever you want at whatever price that's mutually agreeable to you. You can sell to whomever you want, whether he's in this country or some other country, at whatever price that's mutually agreeable to you."

I'll stick with that principle of personal freedom regardless of the shrieks of the radical left.

  • Why would i care what this guys says? He was obviously wrong. And how were we ever suppose to compete with work forces from China where they work for pennies an hour? The outcome was unavoidable. Our job would eventually go to China etc.. and we would be left with no money so we wouldn't be able to spend and the economy would eventually suffer greatly.

Note that this is just one negative aspect of the whole deal.

  • Well forget who said it then, what about the statement do you disagree with? Since when do you or anyone else have a say in what I buy from someone else and what I pay for it? Free trade is a principle as important as freedom of speech, religion, or freedom of assembly.

And as for the Chinese working for pennies: We have to compete and it is a pretty weak defense to merely whine that your opponent will work harder for less reward. There is nothing inherently "unfair" about that.

  • Well my message didn't go through the first time.

But free trade are just nice words the ruling class uses to sell us their planes. Freedom of speech? Haha! We don't even have a free press.

  • Ya know, people say provocative things like "we don't have a free press" and it just means nothing. Compared to anytime in history we have a free press. I can assure you if you think what we have now is bad you would not have wanted to be in 18th century France or 19th century Russia. What exactly would you like to say that you are not permitted to say? The "press" is everywhere - traditional media, blogs, YouTube, small weeklies. Read what you want, write what you want, say what you want.

  • I'm talking about the main stream media where the vast majority of people get their news. Not only they are not free to tell us everything but theres undeniable evidence they, with the elite, have conspired to hide us the truth from us about many things.

If they really did their job they would investigate 911 for one thing. Have you ever looked at WT7 collapse? lol...

  • I can't imagine a time now or in the future when media, as all things, will not be influenced by self-interest, money, ownership, point of view, and so many other factors. To read newspapers from around the world is to experience some of this - a stark difference of coverage of the same events, or no coverage sometimes. But this is not the same as saying there is "no free press."

  • Well you cant but i can. besides we're beyond influence here. the main stream is as much a PR and propaganda tool. Yes it's that bad.

BTW' there wouldn't be a need for unions etc.. if central banks like federal reserves were in the hands of the people as they should. In the hands of private bankers it the whole problem as they print money backed by nothing and charge interest on it on top of that!

  • Ella, have a look at this interview shown on Russia today... watch?v=92tyl47WdVo

  • EXACTLY!!! That what i keep saying! They sold us out! These internationalist have betrayed us for world control. They want world economy control and a world government so they had to establish free trade in order to make the sys interdependent. Now they are ready to crash the sys and will offer their solution. Financial global reform and world government.

    Always interesting Ella.

    Thanks!

  • It's not an accident that Ella attracts kooks like MustacheVerra!:)

  • gotcha... I agree - wholeheartedly. Strings - ropes - should be attached to bail-out money!

  • Thank you for keeping us informed on the real truth, Miss Ella

    You look Beautiful as usual!

    Peace

    Mike

  • OK, sorry I posted an off-topic comment. my bad ;‹)

So the government should give incentives to companies who keep jobs in the U.S.? Sometimes I'm not sure what you are advocating - and that is MY fault not yours - If I were able to concentrate better I'm sure you are very clear about what the government SHOULD do as well as what it should not - the latter is the only bit I've been understanding recently.

  • Yeah... So the government should do nothin'?

Can we just legalize pot? Stop the war on drugs and let all sorts of companies pop up like mear cats? (I've no idea why THAT image sprang to mind - they don't smoke!)

  • Thank you! Despite reports, it is unreasonable for Washington to nationalize big banks. Politicians are in bed with bankers beyond belief and take huge political contributions from the financial industry. To nationalize would cut off this essential source of political revenue. Expect taxpayer money to continue to be used for bailouts, thus generating revenue corrupt politicians and financiers use to advance their own interests. Its a vicious cycle.

  • Well articulated. You are right, we would be all better off if these "financial executives and experts" would just leave...the country, the planet and hopefully the universe. Saves scientists the headache of eliminating that species-specific virus of greed and incompetence.

  • American gov't and banks have pulled off the biggest scam in world history and you are ALL going down with us.

Sorry about that, but in order for the NWO to get what they want, the reset button must be pushed for everyone.

    War is Peace

    Freedom is Slavery

    Ignorance is Strength

  • The jobs were destroyed by the stupid american idea of "capitalism means only maximum profits". Thats the reason. Americans if you want to see the guilty onces, just look into a mirror.

And by the way, the money comes from chinese taxpayers, not yours because you will not even be able to pay the interest .

  • spreading the wealth to the elite isn't socialism for the people. too bad Americans hate real socialism.

  • "in fact, they're pretty much a joke". That is the truth.

  • You're right, the stimulus is just a joke that lines the wealthy's pockets even more.

  • Here in the UK there was recently a couple of high profile cases (which resulted in angry demonstrations) of foreign workers being hired to do contract work. Despite the fact that local men and women, who were highly qualified and experianced for the job being avaliable for the work, they still looked abroad to find the workers.

  • This whole plan is a last ditch attempt to keep the money for nothing lifestyle going. I gaurantee they will fail at it.

I am dissapointed in the Obama supporters who cheerlead him blindly like Bush supporters used to do for Bush.

Obama wants to escalate war (Afghanistan), expand the govt,, add to the deficit (while saying he'll cut it), etc...he's pretty much Bush-lite when you look at policy.

Social issues withstanding, he is Bush-lite.

  • The clowns in government don't seem to have any real answers on stopping this country's economic pain.

With Obama's "economic team" in "charge", we will get another financial rescue plan that fails to do the job and the U.S. taxpayers will get screwed with another guaranteed raw deal!

  • clowns... heheheh

thats what i call em too. :D

  • ..well, ya' know, gotta call it as you see it! :)

I have a few - more choice words for them, but I'll try to keep it clean. ;)

  • Thank you for keeping on top of things.

    Sissy

  • Name one person you know benefited directly from government in the last 6 months?

It's like naming a person who won the jack pot in a lottery.

One day you will see government does not work for you.

The reason the elite had to pay us more back then is because we where on a gold standard that limited the supply of money. Today they just print it up and pay themselves big dollars and leave workers starving just like in Wiemar Germany in 1923 only in slow motion so you don't see it.

  • A frog jumps out of the pot if the heat is turned up to fast. Can't have that.

    Got gold or silver?

  • it's weimar and it was in 1933

but yes it looks the same..... only 15 times worse

  • Yes I agree with the multiples they only had billions as a monetary base when the currency exploded into the multi-trillions.

Today the outstanding USD is at 15 trillion with 6 trillion located outside the USA. It looks like the rest of the world will go down with the America instead of letting America fall.

They are lending the Federal Gov more money because they have no choice, not because they think they will get it back. Then once world has no money to lend America it's over.
