you wrap the tinfoil around the bottom of the light bulb then once you do that you put the bottom rubberish part on the light bulb on the top of the batter and the other end of the tinfoil on the bottom of the battery it should work

cool but it isnt #40 bulb that means 40 watt bulb. How did you find out you could use tin foil?

@Ctech902 no 40 is the size as you can see there is no 40w bulb that small.
