a few years ago.. i was having the worst month of my life.... me and a good friend had just been layed off along with half the employees at our shop. we got drunk as hell that night on wild turkey and it probably wasnt a good idea. but this song was playing as we headed home that night. and it helped me to imagine that there is always someone out there with less fortune, who is having worse luck than me... this song is very powerful and is easy to make fun of. unless you listen to the lyrics.

I really admire Johnny, not just for being a great musician, but also because after all the drugs and trouble he went through he still had faith. This song is a very powerful song and in my opinion the slideshow did not do it justice. But, that's just my opinion. Keep practicing, they will get better.
