This reminded me of the tibetan practice of "chö" or "chöd". It's about working with oneself, or specifically any negative emotion or habit one may have. The practice isolates the problem, gives it a personified form, and then it is "fed" with it's opposite energy, which is always something wholesome, like love etc. The text say that if it is done to a problem with some relationship, it also seems to fix it with the other person also. The work is not done on either person, but what between them.
Such a beautiful video! I got so angry at my neighbor yesterday...she is so deep in her negativity...I've never met such a deep down suffering miserable awful person, and she's not bad from her heart, she's just been poisoned by the world. So once again, I had this confrontation, and it is spoiling my today...as I just want to say back something rude to her, as she said something rude to my mother...and I feel this hateful flush taking me over...

It's the only natural way to be. Everything else is laid aside because you wont need anything else and you'll realize there was nothing else anyway.

Conversations with God - Neal Donald Walsch - is one of those books for me, I will literally just sit down and read a couple pages and it instantly helps to feel relaxed and looked after.

I was an unhappy person, so negative that I couldn't see straight. Leija... how absolutely beautiful. I watch this video every day to remind myself of what Love can do, what life brings, and non the less what I create. My mind is not stopping me no more. Ridicolous ideas are now being written down in my diary, I'm working out notes for how a business is run, how to learn latin, how to cook. The trick is that if some projekt a image of u that they created in their mind and share that with u , and when u focus on that image of you that you know is not true cuz u know who u are and controlls who u whana be ^*^ so just let that go and focus on who u whana be cuz u know if some one yell at u someting u are not.
And thats why u feel pain aswell cuz when u focus and generate energy that is not really who u whana be u feel pain . So just let ppl have their projektion and focus on love ^*^

You're right that our negativity to others often reflects something inside of us. I think sometimes we forget to listen to ourselves and get too distracted by other people, and then we react from ego level and we're surprised at ourselves. But then you stop and realize you aren't really listening to yourself.
But of course, people can hurt you. Even if most of it is reflected, sometimes it will get through. But no one's perfect and no one has to be. :)

Something happened like that to me. This girl name Paige Harp, shes the type of girl that's popular and mean. Anyway she was kinda mean to me but then over this one summer i just started to like her i didn't care if she was mean i only saw the good in her. From then on she hasn't been mean to me of anything!

I had the same thing happen to me at work..This lady was bitching about really nothing on the work we did for her in her house.She would not let up...
She went off to another room for something..
So I did what you did ...Send her some LOVE
Well about 15 min went by and she come back to see us ..It was like night and day.
She said she was sorry and Like the job...I had to ask the other guy that was working with me if he said something to her and he said nope..
Send LOVE to somebody does work.

You're right that our negativity to others often reflects something inside of us. I think sometimes we forget to listen to ourselves and get too distracted by other people, and then we react from ego level and we're surprised at ourselves. But then you stop and realize you aren't really listening to yourself.
But of course, people can hurt you. Even if most of it is reflected, sometimes it will get through. But no one's perfect and no one has to be. :)
