I'm the Dr. Kevin Iga mentioned in the video. This person came to my office asking for help on finding the probabilities involved. He didn't give me enough info. to solve the problem, and kept getting upset when I said the answer depended on other information. I gave him a range of probabilities under different circumstances, to demonstrate how widely these probabilities change depending on the other info. He seems to have concluded the result based on this.

Dont 4get 911 towers had all its gold stolen before they came down. remember the gold robbery with bruce willis using the tunnels...? very simular as a guy was told he will be shot if he went any further into the tunnel by a bent cop on 911.
