@Asce310 this was from back in the day when angel healing could make a big difference in a duel. We dueled so many times and tried everything, his strategy was the best based on his gear and pets.

Hey Vigi, vs a pet class that dual summon that includes a healing pet (b pixie or angel), do you disregard their healing pet and go straight out damage at the pet class itself?

@emp90k I think BS with B pixie is the hardest class to fight, only because of their nightmare skill. My expereicne with them is that whenever I go after their pet, I get NM. And with B pixie they can heal for a lot.

I don't understand - is this the video where a supposed ultimate stunlock is used? I don't see the locking; angel pet (only a stupid opponent will attack a player and ignore his healing pet) and chips used. And fyi, there is a vast difference in hp, mp and damage between r7 and any lower rank.

@ShootOwl What are you talking about? There's no such thing as an "ultimate stunlock". For champ or sin maybe but I have more stuns than I need at one time... I just need stuns to last all my skills and thats 2 or 3 stuns. About the healing pet thing you don't know what you're talking about. And fyi I was r6 before I was r7 and r5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 before that!

@emp90k just sayin I heard of a knight who claimed to have a better stunlock than I did but it just turns out to be spam skills and heal with pet, rinse repeat until someone dies. Fight a smart SB who has an angel or even a bp and I guarantee you can't win.

If you knew what you were talking about you would know it's not possible to keep a stunlock on pet classes (b/c pet CCs), nor is it necessary unless you don’t spam fast.

And are you saying you win without using skills or healing?... It's all about where and when you use the skills. If you could have done better, explain? (I do make mistakes or wrong guesses and I don’t try to censor them out in my videos.)

@emp90k I have no problem with your fighting style. What I do have a problem with is when you say your fight style is better than the one I used. Your style uses a 2h weapon to beat your opponent until he is dead. My style used basic equipment, a 1h weapon and a combo to win.

@zlobies I already said he didn't have all his CDs up (seal). Seed is too random for ifrit to count on. He could have nmed more during godly though ifrit dies in seconds and after the healing pet is down, nm is counterproductive. Also Da12 doesn't always usually do vanilla BS tactics in duels and it rarely works like that in the field anyway.

@jr87293 He's really not. Maybe he forgot this time but I could show you 10 other matches where he didn't. I chose that one because the spike came so close, though maybe not the best example for gameplay.

In games I've played, kiting is always one of the most important pvp skills though never appreciated.

I agree... Recently I helped a friend for PVPing. He started out with me beating him in matter of seconds, and in just 2 weeks we now are even or him even more in winning duels, JUST because he picked up on kiting skills =).

I use to watch your duels to learn, but now I can start to watch for enjoyment a bit more ^_^.

Now that I have the basis, I try to suit my personal style. Though still carry many of the same concept you do haha =D.

@LudicrousEddy Thanks :)  On Pantera we usually chip in duels. I think it favors me in most cases against pet classes.
