you cant go to verizon and buy it for 100 bucks, its about 550. you can get it for 100 with a contract up. If you dont have a contract up, you have to buy the phone for 550, or go on ebay and buy it. which is why somone paid 320 for it. No, you dont need a data plan. you cant get a data plan for it actually. You can get a package though, that will give you unlimited ineternet use. which then allows you to use some other things.

usaully if you start up the phone up before compltely charging it, not using the little juice in it. If you choose not to charge it 1st chances are your batterey will die a lot faster, or the betterey will start to wear out

yeah you are dead wrong about it not registering anything but your finger. i just used a paperclip, an ipod charger cord, a battery and a quarter to unlock it and navigate around. They all worked perfectly... even better than when i use my finger. so a stylus would seem to work perfectly.
