Try cupping them to start with (let them walk in a cup but some gloves on and let them walk onto your hand from the cup) keep them low down in the cage to start with so if the walk of you they dont have a large drop. Talk to them to get them to recognise your voice and also try some nuts or seeds in your hands for them to take.

That's a cute hammie and setup. I like how you did the water bottle in the wood house.

The fiber (cotton) bedding is really dangerous, however. It can twist around limbs, cutting off cirulation, or cause blockages in the intestines, or wrap around teeth if they decide to move it with their cheeks. A safe alternative is shredded toilet paper.

It looks very happy. =)
