The branch in the foreground goes from moving to being completely still between 0:15-0:16. I'm a believer in UFOs, but that makes me doubt the video. The rest of it is pretty convincing, but that little bit seems... off.

But why would such an advanced race share their superior technology with a bunch of violent half wits who would only use their shared technology for warmongering purposes. It was discredit by somebody long time ago, it was said to be a simple camera trick! Don't remember the details. And you don't jump to conclusions cause you know "jack" about me. Billy Meyers was discredit by many heavy weight ufologists like STANTON FRIEDMAN and others.
