@workerbee2000000 It's copyright now by Club penguin ( Just found out ) I messaged Lane Mayne ( Billybob ) he says PC3 is a outdated version of the new version now known as CP. The MAPS of the old are not copyright nether are the penguins. The chat bar isnt ether. Certain maps are copyright and some are not. Disney is not as smart as they think.

@cool23465 Jimmy does not own Penguin Chat 3. Penguin Chat 3 doesn't have a owner becuase it's no longer copyright. Copyright 2000 - 2004
