Looks like a lot of fun! I have the original from '84, it's SUPER BAD but I love it! I agree with the previous comment that it should have been set in the 70's to better capture the feel that the trailer presents. The shot with a poster on the wall of "The Descent" sort of cheapens it for me, removing a lot of the "grindhouse" style authenticity, but something like that is so little it can't possibly ruin a film of this "caliber", can't wait!!!
