Did it in After Effects CS3 for the color correction I just used some tint to de-saturate the color. Then I used some levels to make the video darker and then set it to where the white sticks out. Then I added a dark royal blue solid and changed the transfer mode to classic color burn and then set the opacity of that solid to 25%. Then just a little bit of curves and some adjustments. And I have this color.

That be kick ass. Special fx is kinda a liitle bit of something i enjoy i only do for my video or short movies i do. I mostly enjoy making shorts.
