wow it's rare the 4th boss because If you attack him with the sword (reducing his life to half) then one statue is destroyed, and if you use the spin-attack (reducing his life to nothing) then the two statues are destroyed.

Ninja gaiden is all about reaction, not skill. So running it with tools is practically pointless.

@Vectornyi 2 things. 1 is you dont need reaction when you know whats coming next (skill at the game) 2. Reaction time or skill w/e you must not know what TAS is. Basically the only "Tools" you use is slowing down time, save states, and glitches in the programing. The rest comes down to personal skill if your not good at the game in the first place. you cant do a tool assisted or regular speedrun. : ) The point of tas is to do it faster and with style points.

Crazy talk. Ninja Gaiden is all about memorizing where the weapons are, the movement patterns of enemies, and strategy based on that knowledge. Trying to do it on pure reflex is just crazy. It's why so few people can beat the game.
