I'm a wrestler and I have to say the sauna suit works very well. When I have to lose a pound or two in a day then I just throw it on and work out for half an hour. This thing is friggin awesome.

yeah i have this sauna suit and yes it works very well within 5 mins of me being on the eliptical i was drenched get it and see for yourself.
