I play halo 3 a lot and am friends with a bungie member. I just recently bought castle crashers and used the level 256 glitch. I asked him if I could be banned and he said since it does not affect online players ability to play the game (in the sense of ranking and whatnot) and you are not modding your xbox or game, you actually cannot be banned for using the glitch. The only way to get banned for using glitches is if it affects other players online.

im 256 also and its not a glitch. its an easter egg or a little bonus part of the game. the creators purposely put that in. they even keep one of your characters at 71 so you can have a high level to level up without resetting a character to level 1. retard. there arent any new patches for fucking castle crashers coming soon and you dont get banned. fucking christ your stupid.

obviously you don't understand what the term easter egg means. It would be an easter egg if it were some nifty little hidden item or a video or picture that you found. No, this is using a glitch in the game to level your character beyond the normal limitations. guess what, that's called bug abuse which is bannable under the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you signed up for xbl.

in short, if they do patch it, your screwed. if not, your just a failure for abusing a bug to win.
