  • 5kg plates won't make anyone strong.

  • Crossfit makes you strong at a few things, but great at nothing.

  • Great that you train and do some unique stuff, but I have to agree with Valorousness and say 5kg plates for pressing make you far from strong. Good effort though.

  • I'm not sure why he is called 'Circus strong man' He is far from Circus strong, I'm sorry to say.
