HP IS SHIT. Products are unreliable and their customer service is a disgrace too. My latest 'All In One' has only had little use but because its warranty period has expired I'd have to pay a packet to get it repaired. Every HP printer I've had has been problematic, unike the Epson that I once borrowed from a family member. HP's colour profiles are all wrong too, and when I complained they couldn't care less. I had to borrow some pricey software to make my own colour profile. No more HP for me!
If you gonna buy an inkjet, buy Epson or Canon, you'll save so much money on the cartridges. On Ebay, you can get like 10+ cartridges for about $18!!! Don't buy any other brands, specially HP. HP is a total rip off, they are giving away the printers for nothing, but rip you off on the ink cartridges. One color ink cartridge from HP cost more than a Samsung laser color toner for CLP-315, but the toner lasts about 5 times longer!!! Avoid HP printers like a plague if you like to save money!
my family and I are fan of Sony and HP because we knew that they always make good stuff and this is one of HP best so far for printer. Just gotta have the money for it xD
HP makes great stuff. I bought some stuff from Officetronics and got cheated. Sold me a refurb and told me it was new. Officetronics is a total fraud and scam.

They refuse to fix it even though it's still under warranty! I have called many times, I get the run around by someone who can't speak English. I'm out the money! Just fix my damn printer HP! Is that too much to ask? I'm still waiting to hear from them, it's been three months. I bought it 7/2007...still waiting!

THEY HAVE HIGH QUALITY COMPATIBLE NEW AND RECYCLED CARTRIDGES AT VERY LOW PRICES. YOU NEVER PAY ANY SHIPPING EITHER AND DELIVERY IS FAST AND EFFICIENT. You must check this out! You will be glad you did. I know I am. I am very happy with both their service and their product.
