Here a small tip. Try milk or whip instead of water :)

And here my favorite american chocolate cookies recipe:

Sugar and butter mix well, the 1 egg and a pinch of salt and sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, then flour and chopped chocolate (or ready chopped).

Mix well and then just put the spoon on the baking sheet and bake.
