nice work jared ive never tried a seated one arm press with a barbell, i just tried one arm barbell standing press last night...you should check out my channel somtime man..
I will have to try doing it your way over the shoudler but you got me beat with your 95 x 3 reps impressive stuff man, nice work on the one arm bench press as well with 135, I did 150 x 1 not to long ago.
I did that once with a 40 Kg using my right my right arm and the barbell tilted to my left side and dislocated my shoulder, , , , the pain shoots my hair ends, , I recalled.
oh yeah man lol, these are challenging but fun, balancing is very tough, it really helps to use a solid grip, if your grip is loose the bar will easily tip to one side.
I am actually focusing more on strength, as I like to focus on powerlifting, and in powerlifting they test your one rep max on bench press, deadlift, and squat.

If you're trying to develop functional strength, you should do this standing.
