man i need some advice right not all my mach has is a K&N FIPK strait pipes and some of the wall clutch. ive got around $1100 and idk what to do i just wanna sound good and go fast only limitations i have is money and i have to have catlytic converters
Well if you have to have cats then a good midpipe is out of the question, unless you get a catted X-pipe which will give you some power yet still keep your cats and will still sound good, after that if money is an issue the best bang for the buck mods would be 4.10s(or 4.30s if you mostly drive in the city and prefer digs or slow rolls for racing) that=about $400, after that a tune is a good choice, to save some money you can find a locked SCT tuner for about $100 and send it to SCT to unlock.
Unlocking will cost you about $150, but $250 in total is better than a new SCT for $400, just make sure it has the seal hasn't been taken off, this tell you no one has opened the tuner. Another cheap mod is a PHP intake spacer, this costs about $100. Just stick with the 3/8 or 1/2 inch spacer, this size makes installation easier. Gears(including install)+spacer+tuner+tune=about $1000. If you can get a catted xpipe even better, but is pricey. If you got any other questions dont hesitate to ask.
